Perched atop a hill, Pelican Peak Villa offers stunning views of the azure Caribbean Sea and the islands scattered along the horizon. Overlooking Apple Bay on Tortola's western coast, our villa provides a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets almost every evening. The property, which includes both a main house and a guest house, comfortably accommodates six guests, ensuring all the amenities necessary for a perfect stay. Set on one acre of land, the property provides privacy and serenity.

At Pelican Peak, we cherish the natural beauty and simplicity of the villa. At Pelican Peak, you can indulge in a good read, daydream on the deck, or take a leisurely swim, be it under the warmth of the sun or a starry night sky. Layout
The property comprises two houses: the main house and a guest house. The main house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a king-sized bed and an attached outdoor bathroom with stunning views of the islands. The top-floor bedroom, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, boasts a beautiful high ceiling and two queen beds. Please note, the staircase's is about two-feet wide and might make it challenging to bring large suitcases upstairs. Moreover, the bathroom for this room is on the ground floor. Given these factors, we suggest reserving this room for the younger guests in your group, if possible.
The guest house features a king-sized bed and a separate area with a bunk bed, which is ideal for younger children. The guest house bathroom is comfortable and includes a shower, double sink, and an additional outdoor shower that offers breathtaking views of the islands. All rooms fully open to the outdoor areas, but if needed, they can be closed and air-conditioned for your comfort. Go to the top.

Amenities
All beds are made with high-quality, fresh linens. There are plenty of fluffy towels provided, we have a hair-dryer, toilet paper, and essential toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. For added convenience, there are two large refrigerators. Outside on the deck, you will find a Compact BBQ grill. For entertainment, we provide a small Smart TV and a Bose sound dock that works with Bluetooth. The villa also has high-speed internet for your convenience. Midweek Cleaning Service
If you stay for seven nights or longer, a mid-week cleaning service is provided. During this service, we will change your towels, and your bedsheets will be changed weekly. The villa operates without constant staffing; a property manager is available for support but does not reside on-site. Capacity
Our villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It's important to note that one of the bedrooms in the main house is accessed via a small spiral staircase. Additionally, the bathroom for this room is located on the ground floor. Consequently, we generally recommend that, if possible, younger guests use this room.
